they are upset with him because he doesnt like to travel but i dont think they deserve their $5.00 back because they agreed to buy him as is so how do i tell them that they just need to teach him not to be so whiny?

Don't give them there money back. It's a common ploy, they only wanted him for the night and now they are pretending it's because he doesn't like travel. He's been used and abused and his resale value is nil. If they won't go away, throw in his remote and lounge chair.

OMG! You must be kidding! Didn't your mother Tell you not to deal with Gypsies? OK. The best thing to do is give them what they want because they have ways of making you do their will. Also, You may need to practice the art of the gypsies (Carnies are wise to the ways. ask one for lessons) Then write a book about your mishap. Remember that it belongs in the fiction genre. No one believes this 'cept true followers.

Just tell them there is a no return policy and since they purchased him 'as is', they do not get refund anyway. Tell them they need get over it. For some reason, gypsies don't like being gypped.

Ah, give them their 5 bucks back. Just sell him again. This time for less and to his mother. She'll want him back BUT she won't pay the $5.00. You may just have to give him away to her. She knows what stuff is worth. That's one good thing about her.
