If you score more than 51% in Final Year B.Com then you can apply for CAT (Common Admission Test) in 2007 or 2008.
CAT is held in November End. The forms are issued in banks during July to September. It is conducted nationwide by IIM A, B, C, L, I and K.

First you study hard.
All most all university asking the minimum eligibility is 50% aggregate for subject (commerce) for MBA admission.
Now your average mark is 43% only.

The subject aggregate will be, % of accumulated mark of all subjects for 3years. ie, total divided by 3

All subjects in final year 1.Advanced Accounts 2.Cost Accounts 3.Special Accounts 4.Practical Accounts (depends university) are all mark scorable subjects.

So first you give importance for the next 5 moths to your B Com study.

All the Best.
