Contact your local realtors. I know mine used to go to meetings at least once a month.

In Dallas alone, there've been many events on all different scales.

For example, they had a HUGE Real Estate Expo in Feb (see learningannex.com) which had over 10,000 people at it including Trump, Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins, and so forth.

Just start with local realtors and they'll point you in the right direction!
