There are so many different soliloquies to chose from, it's difficult to know where to begin. Each play usually has more than one. I'll list a few of my favorites for men and women.

For Men:
Henry V, Henry, act 4, scene 3. This is the famous St. Crispian's Day speech, "We few, we happy few, we band of brothers..."
The Tempest, Prospero, act. 5, scene 1, "Ye elves of hills, brooks, standing lakes and groves..."
Romeo and Juliet, Mercutio, act 1, scene 4, "O, then, I see Queen Mab hath been with you."
Midsummer Night's Dream, Puck, act 5, scene 1, "If we shadows have offended..."
Macbeth, Macbeth, act 5, scene 5, "Tomorrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow,"

For Women:
Hamlet, Queen Gertrude, act 4, scene 7, "There is a willow grows aslant a brook..."
Taming of the Shrew, Kate, act 5, scene 2, "Fie, fie! unknit that threatening unkind brow..."
The Tempest, Ariel, act 1, scene 2, "Full fathom five thy father lies..."
Antony & Cleopatra, act 5, scene 2, "Give me my robe, put on my crown..."

The question needs more context. There are literally hundreds of "good monologues" in Shakespeare. What sort of a monologue are you looking for? Something to read/study, or something to perform? Comedic or dramatic? Verse or prose? Soliloquy, or something spoken from one character to another? More info, please.

The Porter's Scene from the second act (I believe) of The Scottish Tragedy. Bawdy and hysterical.

Also, in Hamlet, Ophelia has a wonderful one after she has gone mad. It's very powerful. I dare you to do it -- if you're a guy.

Jaques's "all the world's a stage" monologue from Act II, scene vii of As You Like It:

All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages. At first the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
And then the whining school-boy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honour, sudden and quick in quarrel,
Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts

The beginning of Richard III:

Another Richard monologue from Act I, scene ii of the same play:

Biron (sometimes called Bertram) in Act I, scene i of Love's Labour's Lost:

Why, all delights are vain; but that most vain,
Which with pain purchased doth inherit pain:
As, painfully to pore upon a book
To seek the light of truth; while truth the while
Doth falsely blind the eyesight of his look:
Light seeking light doth light of light beguile:
So, ere you find where light in darkness lies,
Your light grows dark by losing of your eyes.
Study me how to please the eye indeed
By fixing it upon a fairer eye,
Who dazzling so, that eye shall be his heed
And give him light that it was blinded by.
Study is like the heaven's glorious sun

Helena in Act I, scene i of All's Well That Ends Well:

O, were that all! I think not on my father;
And these great tears grace his remembrance more
Than those I shed for him. What was he like?
I have forgot him: my imagination
Carries no favour in't but Bertram's.
I am undone: there is no living, none,
If Bertram be away. 'Twere all one
That I should love a bright particular star
And think to wed it, he is so above me:
In his bright radiance and collateral light
Must I be comforted, not in his sphere.
The ambition in my love thus plagues itself:
The hind that would be mated by the lion
Must die for love. 'Twas pretty, though plague,
