Avon doesn't test on animals. I'm not sure what you mean by the materials. I know a woman who is practically Vegan and she has investigated all kinds of make-brands. She uses Avon.

In other countries? I tend to stick with stuff made in USA, or perhaps Europe or something just because quality is a bit better.
