To my experience we feel vibrations of Déjà vu ( which by the way in french means seen previously ) on the conscious level coming from memories of previous lives for those who believe in re-incarnation. I was in Spain and I felt completely at "home ". visiting Madrid and Toledo by myself, taking the subway instead of the bus tour, and most of all going to see the Statue of Cervantes in a park. I knew I had a connection with this writer because many psychics and clairvoyants have confirmed this "connection" since then without knowing anything of me and seeing me for the first time. Man of La Mancha always stirred so much emotions in me... And I was offered a rose by a perfect stranger on April 23rd. ( which is the anniversary celebration in his honor, and also the anniversary of my father's passing. It is also called the Day of the Rose... It was offered to me by the mayor as I was waiting in line at the library for a free computer.).
too accurate to be a coîncidence ! But there are people who do not believe in this. I do.

I have myself expirenced this often actually.Myself I think that everybody knows what they have to face eachday and that even while sleeping they have a chance to perhaps give full concentration on what they must do and perhaps the things that bother them the most are what is the main ingredient.Do we call these days out?Are we just facing it before it gets there,or trying to plan for what the future may bring? It has affected me when I am so certain that this is going on and I didnt like it the first time.Good luck with your answers.

its possible its a little time loop thing, i doubt it really matters in the long run, but it makes enough people curious that some day someone will figure out how to access time loops on purpose, yes ive experienced it, i dont think it affected much other than the fact that it did happen, it seems to only happen about the most minor things in life, nothing really important.

that happens to me all the time and i even recall what will happen next and it usually does. i have also experienced dreaming something and then experiencing it in real life. i still have not been able to make anything of it because when i experience de javu usually something of non importance happens so therefore i dont know why it happens or what triggers it.

Deja vu is a memory of psychic experiences you had while you slept. At my age, I have deja amnesia. I keep getting the feeling that what I can't remember was the same thing I couldn't remember earlier.

I've definitely thought all my life that it's a snap back to another one of our lifetimes [reincarnation]. I haven't had it in so long, come to think of it, and seeing this reminded me that I haven't. Strange. Used to get it all the time, when younger. Which is also an interesting thought... why is THAT also. Does it dissipate with age, I wonder.

Because we are experiencing something that is similar to something we experienced before. Consequently, we have a feeling like we've been in a place before or had a conversation before when really we are experiencing something new that is strikingly similar to a past experience.

Maybe it is because of routine. Most people do the same thing, the same way, among the same people most of their lives. That would make Deja Vu pretty inevitable

Our brain stops for 3 seconds and in that time it back tracks, thus we remember things again called deja vous. Another theory, reincarnation. Been there, seen it, done it.
