Yes - it's actually very common but can be dangerous (if the baby is "in the tubes"). You should do a home pregnancy test and if it's positive see a doctor immediately.

It is possible, the procedure doesn't have 100% success rate, but it is highly unlikely. If your having symptoms you should go see your doctor and they can find out if indeed you are pregnant, or more likely what else it is that may be causing symptoms.

Yes! It happens more often than people think. There was a lady on here just the other night that had them done in June and she is pregnant. I had mine done in June as well. Good Luck.
