Put really hot tap water in your bathroom sink, or boil some if your water heater's turned low. You need steam here. Then empty the contents of a chamomile tea bag into the water. Put your face inches from the surface of the water, and put a towel over your head and the sink, like a tent.
You're supposed to stay there for at least ten minutes. Then pat dry, and apply a moisturizer.
I did this as a teenager, and never had skin problems. Opens pores and makes skin feel smooth and look bright. It's relaxing too. I should start doing it again as a matter of fact!!

hi
dear
it is the best way to eat vegtables and fruit alot and take care about your sleep , it has an obvious effect on your skin
you can use fruit as beauty masks too, they are better than using chemical medicines or creams

good luck.
