I am looking into water aerobics.. would love to know of some great sites for this

i think you are looking at a myth, water is swallowed and is seven and a half pounds a gallon, and if you don't swallow the pool when your in it it's absorbed in to you when your in it and i never did see anyone who was swimming who couldn't eat you right out of the house and home. swimming is a great appetite inducer, most people just get hungry as soon as they leave the pool i don't remember allot of dieting among swimmers, the challenge to stay afloat is make me hungry just to think about it. you may get a great exercise program and loose but the strength to swim is a real choir to avoid eating..swim and enjoy it

all forms of swimming will be good for you. breast stroke is usually the best
