Fantasy is harmless unless it becomes reality. Men are visual creatures where women aren't. It's not abnormal to view pornography as a fantasy, but it is abnormal if it controls their life, or if they wish to make it real.

Well I think that there are three tranches of porno, some would simplify this down to two, but hear me out:
1) Straight porno between consenting adults.
2) Gay porno.
3) Any other type of porn (ie: animal porn, kiddie porn, etc).
1. While not desirable for many in relationships, I don't think there is anything as fundamentally bad so long as both are aware of what the other is viewing and okay with it.
2. I don't support homosexuals nor their lifestyle decisions, however their life is their own and they are consenting adults as well. While morally abhorrent, theres little that can be done about this.
3. This is disgusting and indicitive of real problems with their personality. They might be able to be cured of this, but in this sort of entertainment there ARE real victims here: yes even unconsenting animals can be victims of sexual abuse. And its not natural in the least, just as abhorrent as gay porn. And if its kiddie porn, well they have some serious underlying issues for which they need therapy ASAP. This sort of filth affects lives, and in a very negative way, and not just the participants but the viewers as well.

It's something to be concerned about all right. It's not just a mental abnormality. Who knows what else he might do as soon as he's got an incentive and thinks he can get away with it. When they say it's nothing to worry about, it seems they aren't even willing to admit and deal with the problem.
When a committer of horrible crimes is discovered, sometimes it's somebody that others thought was a fine person with general good qualities.
You found out about it, that's good. Now don't go along with it like so many women who later get victimized or abused.

First of all, legally if you saw them doing this and you found it offensive then it is sexual harassment and public obsenity. In many states that will end them up in jail or fired from their jobs.
Second, beastiality and child pornography are illegal in and of themselves.
So back to your question.
Morally, if you do not agree with the type of sex a person is into, you shouldn't necessarily hold it against them , but on the other han, you shouldn't necessarily ignore it either. What you should do is recognize it for the potential danger it may suggest to you and yours and apply that risk factor to how much contact you feel safe in having with a person who is willing to look at such material.
On to the fantasy or voyeurism argument, it is not without its value. People often have a fantasization with the abomination. It is a literary term often associated with horror stories. The classic "Heart of Darkness" centers on this concept and how in remote circumstances it may lead to atrocities by the most dignified looking of persons if those persons were in society. The fact is these people are in society. So, you should take this fantasization in that context.
As for images of beastiality and other forms of deviant sex, they are as old as some of the oldest cultures. You can find such images in museums all over Europe and the United States. In many cases they are considered artifacts and in many cases they are considered art. Censorship prevents some of these collections from being shown to the public, but there are studies on the subject of pornography that include video of the works. As a matter of fact many of the oldest books and manuscripts in libraries have similar images in the margins. In fact there is at least one bible like that.
The point here is that you can put your thoughts into other context if you so desire. If not go back to what I said at the beginning and proceed accordingly.

If it makes you nervous then you should go with your feelings, do not let someone take you into something you don't want to do or see. There is nothing normal about men or women wanting and getting turned on by animals having sex with humans, it is not natural. You as a woman have an inborn ability to sense danger act on it. Good Luck

Trust your instincts. It's much more important how you feel about it than listening to what their excuse/reasoning for it is.
It seems that even by your asking the question that you aren't 100% comfortable with it so why force yourself to be?
Do what you feel is best and the rest will take care of itself.

Fantasy is very harmless - sometimes, it can even be thought of as healthy.
I have viewed beasiality porn before but would never think of engaging in it and wouldn't condone it. Mostly, I got a little bit of a kick out of it (meaning, I found it almost humorous)

Well everybody has fetishes. If a guy looks at child porn I may worry. All the other stuff might just be curiosity.

If they look at it once or twice, that's just being curious about something really strange. If they view it regularly, that's an interest in something strange.
