I panic, worry, and procrastinate. Yes, i'm weird. I don't handle it very well thats for sure. I have to manage to catch myself and be positive because stress is a wiotch. It gets the best of you.

ok well i just relax and try to get stuff done ahead of time so i don't stressed out throughout the week
it also is good to exercise while stressed it lets it out
and plus when I'm trying to get ahead i don't have to finish it so no worries i can do some each night

sometime i take stress pills. or i just don't let people get to me.all the time. it's really hard. stress is bad.
