Is Iran a bigger threat or is North Korea a bigger threat?

Iran is a bigger threat because they do not have the guts to take us on in the open but use terrorist to do their fighting. North Korea will be squashed like a bug if they get out of place. They may get off one shot but then they will cease to exist. We need to take the fight to Iran and cut the head off the beast instead of taking out the trash they throw at us. Just like we lost the Viet Nam thing by not attacking the North on the ground and eliminating the enemy we are wasting our efforts by slugging it out with terrorist in Iraq.

Iran is the biggest threat at the moment. They have said they would like to wipe out Israel from the map and hate the Americans most. Their President if u ever had listened to his speeches in Iran, all the time attacks the Americans and try to fuel his own citizens to hate US as much as possible. Give him Nuclear power, he'll attack US. On the other hand, North Korea is not interested in US. It's own interest is in attacking South Korea.

Well, status quo says that Iran has its hands full in the Lebanon conflict. As for North Korea, Kim Jung Il's already had a Tepodong missile fired into the Pacific. Sounds to me like there's no question on who the bigger threat is.

Why do you Americans always thinks of others as threats & why not let the world live in peace. why you have to poke in your obnoxious nose in internal matters of other nations.
All the terrorist threat you are facing today are results of this attitude & interference only.

I think Iran. North Korea thinks it is a big player but once Kim Jung il is gone things will change. Iran is trying too hard to get Nukes and if it does it will threaten the whole region and anyone else that doesn't agree with the mulas.

Yes because North Korea is a thorn in China's side. China will take care of them because they need to do business with the rest of the world. Iran is an oil monster. It holds great power over the rest of the world because of this. It also is ran by a fanatical religious group. It sits in the middle east and is hell bent on destroying Israel. It could and will start wars. It finances terrorism unlike Iraq. Iran is the most dangerous nation and our involvement in Iraq has made things worse.

what does it matter who is the bigger threat, we shouldn't try to enforce anything on either. all that will happen is more Americans will die fighting for a demi-gods views. Iran history shows they know how to fight and the north Koreans will never conceive any kind of defeat. the biggest threat to America is ignorance, poverty and lack of concern by our leaders for its citizens.

i have to second the motion that the white house is the bigger threat, but militarily i think North Korea is, if you have never been outside of this country then you do not know how dedicated these people are to their government, and a government that has the majority of its people backing it is very powerful
