The Pope lives in Rome. But if you need to make a confession, I have a simple suggestion: Go to your nearest Catholic Church, or simply talk with God. Cause if you think about it we are all asking forgiveness for our sins from the same Higher Power anyway. But please dont be offended and think that I am suggesting a Non Catholic means of confession. These are simply options.

Um...Rome.
There's only one pope at a time, except during the "great schism" in the 1500s when the cardinals argued about who should be the next pope, so two got appointed and for a while there was one in Rome and one in France...

The Pope lives in Vatican City. A priest lives wherever there's a Catholic church.

Any ordained priest can do confession. Find your local Catholic church and find out when their confession time (in my area, they usually are once a month) is.
