You need more info my friend. To use the pythagorean theorem you need at least to sides of a triangle. Im guessing since you only give 1 side for 2 different triangles, and none for the third, these triangles are somehow related and you havent specified how. If you can do that i have this question on my watchlist and ill try and help.

You had better reword your problem. BC is a line segment and cannot be an angle.
