You need to see a fertility DR. There are things you can take and do to make conception more likely, esspecially if she is 43, it's possible, but more dangerous and a lot harder.

I am a labor & delivery nurse. If all is well, the older you both get the harder it is for you to concieve. Nature wanted us to have children in our 20's that is why 18 to 26 year old are usually super fertill. Also if she is overweigt or dosen't eat well that may be the reason. She needs to try to exerise 20 min + per day and eat well & hope for the best... Good Luck

It is very common for it to take a while the older you get. Try to relax and keep faith that it will happen. You will have lots of people tell you to have sex during her ovulation time. I had sex three days b/f I was suppose to ovulate and we got pregnant with our second anyway. It happens on God's time not our own. Good Luck!

How can I BE? I guess you mean can you get pregnant; if the docs have done all the tests and everything checks out, RELAX!
Get away if you can; it seems most couples conceive when they stop trying to hard. But there are still things the doc can advise you, like when her most fertile days are, etc.

While it is possible, as you are finding out, it is tough. Even if you do get pregnant, at that age there are way more risks to mom and baby. Have you ever considered adoption or foster care? There are SO MANY children who have not one soul to tuck them in at night and to tell them that they are loved. Please consider adoption or foster care. I have three kids that I gave birth to and 4 foster kids and let me tell you, a mother;s love is a mother's love no matter who gave birth to the child. If I had a bigger house, I would get more!!!!

It is a slight chance that she can still get pregnant although her pregnancy will be considered high risk because of her age. I hope all works out for you, Good Luck!!

Put your faith in GOD, give the situation to Him and JESUS will work it out. I'll keep you and your wife in prayer. GOD BLESS.
