When i got it does it give me a free E-mail automaticly or do i have to pay for one on my own

E-mails don't come with computers, but you can get a free one from Yahoo or Hotmail.

You first need to sign up with an ISP(internet service provider). If you have a desktop mac (eg an iMac) you should ask for an ADSL connection. If you have a mac book or ibook it should have Wifi built in and you may be able to find a cafe with a WiFi network you can logon onto for a small fee.
I would suggest you look for one in your local yellowpages for an ISP
