if your question is x^2+2x^2+7x^2 (the ^ is for 'raised to the n-th power') then its 10x^2.
if its just x2+2x2+7x2, then its also the same as 2x+4x+14x, also, 20x.
i noticed someone else mentioned bemdas, though here, we call it pemdas, the p standing for parentheses. its the order of operations, meaning its the order you must do things in order to get the correct answer. (ex. you must do multiplication before division, addition before you subtract. you must also do parentheses before you can consider your exponents.)
good luck with algebra!

X^2 + 2x ^2 + 7x^2
x^2 ( 1+ 2+ 7 )
x^2 ( 9).
x^2 = 0
X=0
