Well there is not a specific food that help you loosing size in that area, but you must stop eating fast food and try walking at least tree or more times per week.
Not get me wrong but it´s a good idea to go at the gym and hire a personal trainer for a while, and then once you gain your goals and learn how to train you can do it by yourself.

lie down on the floor with your hands beside your hips. slowly lift your right leg and simultaneously inhale.right leg should be lifted up at 30 degree angle. while resting the leg down,exhale.do the same thing with the left leg.after you are comfortable in doing this, lift both your legs at once. this takes time.do this for at least for a week. now try lifting up each leg at 90 degree angle with a strict respiration cycle. when you've mastered in this, lift each leg and make a big circle in the air.stretch your leg as far as possible.do this with both your legs. after a few days, cycle in the air lift up your leg at 90 degree angle and stretch it in a circular way. you can also try cycling, swimming.follow a healthy diet. there is no need to starve and say good bye to junk food for a month and that excess fat.remember- don't strain yourself! you'll end up with catches etc.

My sister had huge thighs and as and since she started doing spinning you can see a really clear difference, also, a friend of my mom's does Pilate's and her whole body has changed in two months...
I just try eating 1,400 kcals a day for two moths, that sheds those nasty extra pounds off...
Keep awaaaaay from carbs!
