I wash with olay senstive beauty bar and use a moisterizer with collagen elastin in it. Also I work out by only doing what i enjoy like swimming danceing and bike rideing and hiking. you dont have to make it a job to keep a beautiful body. Im 33 going on 34 soon and I love my body and I never needed surgerys to get it. My skin is healthy and glows.I only exfoliates my body once a week. you dont want to over do it, It can strip your bodys natural oils from skin and may cause breakouts. I also shave with my moisterizer to.I would stay away from shaveing gels and creams it can be driying to..also dont use to much lotions it can mess with ur body oils to. use lotion only when ur real dry. good luck to you.

Drinking water and having a healthy diet is key.
Exercising regularly is essential if you want to stay in shape.
Cut out junk food, including candy.
Exfoliate with St.Ives Apricot Scrub to get rid of dead skin cells.
You can use a loofah in the shower with moisturizing body wash.

Eats lotsa fruit, drink fluids,run and exercise regularly, loofah often and moisturize.

stay away from chocolates and unnecessary sweets,but not necessarily deprive yourself lols,exercise as often as u can,lots of water,exfoliate and moisturize,eat fruits,don't smoke,avoid oily foods

well you can get alot of akne treatments do some plactic sergury but no ones perfect

i would like eating fruits, healthy food... stay away from drugs, alcohol.... and the last go to the beauty clinic:)
