You're lucky: you can wear the stuff that other women can't. Thin tall women on the small chested side can wear lighter colors and prints, and they can wear the much maligned horizontal stripes, which will look just fine on them. I'd suggest layering as well; a top combined with a scarf, vest, light jacket or sweater to add visual interest and a bit of bulk. Enjoy the glory of it all; watch what the waif-thin supermodels wear, and follow suit, because you can.

Wear anything you want. I think you would be hot in anything, but this is coming from a male point of view..Try just reg Tee -shirts or some tank tops or tight sweater.

anything, being small chested has many advatages. try a v-neck dress it looks so pretty on such a tall smooth figure.i don't reccomend anything really baggy you will just end up looking frumpy and even more flat chested. so accentuate what you got and show it off every chance you get.

The new thing right now is the tunic tops..they have sweater tunics as well, and many have v necks...i would opt for the tunics and v necks..you could also get a belt and wrap it around your natural waist over the tunic....reall cute..try wetseal for the tunic sweaters...reall cheap and ultra chic!

try strapless tops to show your bare shoulders and vertical stripped tops. the stripped tops will not make the flat chest too obvious.
aviod wearing plain tops as it may make the flat chest a bit too obvious.

tank tops maybe try those see if they work because i find them to make mine pop out lol try some t-shirts that are tight one you i mean like snuge enough that they show your image hope that helps some

I am very small and very flat chested.... I just buy a water bra and wear any top I want.....
