Can I Record from my DVR to a DVD Recorder?

I have a Direct TV R15 DVR. Can I hook up a DVD Recorder and record.

Yes, just follow the instruction given to you on how to record from DVR to VCR and substitute DVD recorder for VCR.

Absolutely. I do it all the time. The copywrite laws are about people who record for OTHER than personal viewing. (in other words you can not make them to sell or show to an audience)

Im Pretty sure you cant because of copyright laws. i think thats what all thos disclaimers at the begining of movies are for
