well dear friend,You don't only have to get rid of your pimples but also to avoid getting pimles.Firstly STOP eating anything containing chocolate,as far as possible reduce the amount of oil in your daily food and avoid too much sweets n frizzy drinks instead drink lots of water.Do this for atleast 6 weeks you will surely see lots of changes on your face.I tried it and did work and so will be yours, better start it now itself...........GOOD LUCK!!!

Are you allowed to have aspirin? You can crush one pill up and mix it with the tiniest bit of water to make a paste. Apply it to your blemish at night before you go to bed. It should clear up quick.
