I have dry feet that tend to easily get calloused and cracked. What products do you use and how often to keep your feet nice and soft?

Right after you take a shower or bath, sit in a chair or on the side of your bed and rub vegetable oil or emu oil into the skin on your feet. Avoid mineral oil and petroleum jelly (Vaseline).

Continue sitting or lying down and allow the oil to soak in for a few minutes. Then put on socks. (Don't walk around in oily feet, or you may fall and hurt yourself.)

Continue this routine for about a month and you'll see a major improvement in the skin on your feet. This treatment works well on your hands, too, especially if you put on gloves afterwards and wear them overnight.

The oil is cheaper than lotion and works better. Good luck to you.

Hi, I can recommend a product that works wonders on dry cracked feet. It is from a company called Arbonne. It is their Body Serum and Body Lotion. In about a week people that have cracked heals start to see them healing. I have one lady that has tried everything and this has worked for her where others didn't. You can check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com Good luck to you.

I love lotion, any lotion. What I use right out of the shower is Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula. I mix a bit (not too much) with any brand of lotion and put it on my feet and legs. Be care full you could slip on the bathroom floor. That's what I use it is not expensive and I like it.
