sometimes after ejaculating, my penis hurts for up to 20 minutes or so. it hasn't happened before for about two years, then it started happening for about a year afterwards.

it feels as if some sperm keeps getting stuck under my penis, and my best guess would be that a vein is blocking it, but I want to know how to get rid of it.

peeing it out doesn't work, it's really uncomfortable. i usually have to resort to pushing it back in, the same way you clench to stop peeing, but it hurts. anyone have this before?

i dont think anyone has ever asked this here..

sounds like ejaculatory regurgitation. This is a normal issue and has no cure because it happens at times and there is no harm done. That being said, this usually only happens to men over 50. If that's not you then it's not ER. Play it safe and see a Urologist.

You need to see a urologist. Sounds like an enlarged prostate. Which can have many causes. Get it checked
