Say I'm a butcher by profession and I set up my shop to allow people to watch me butcher my animals if they wish.....Would I be able to dress up one of my pigs in a cop uniform and butcher it in front of a crowd of people without worrying about any legal problems?

this is actually left up to the city government. i believe it was the 1819 supreme court case McCulloch vs Maryland that established this precedent. The city council decides based on constitutional rights vs. the public good

i do not think they could do anything legally but i think they would tell you to stop and maybe if they take a real offensive to it fine you for something maybe they might take you to jail for threating a police officer if they could do nething legally bc they may think you might want to really do that to someone on the force.

Hmmm...I don't know if that would be illegal. I know that PETA would have a huge problem with you doing it. The whole idea sounds like something that could be illegal though.

I think you might want to sit down, put down the bottle, and rethink that idea.
