if a person almost was like perfect, almost holy but then became bad wouldnt the person still have to get some award for all the good he done?

it really doesn't matter how much good or bad a person has done before...what matters is the good they do now - which includes regret and remorse for the bad

Ideally, but it's not the way society works. They remember the last, the most humiliating and the worst. But, sometimes a little time away from the spotlight can quell the hatred. a rebirth always makes for a better story anyways.

There is a saying "What have you done for me lately" that comes to mind.

If you saved three peoples lives then murdered someone you would and should still be punished for it.
