Well most girls hate anime cause they think its bout fighting...and action...its not I used to hate anime until I watced Paradise Kiss.....Actually until I watched Inuyasha,,,,
but now i think inuyasha's gay...
I think girls should get more into anime.....

It really depends on people's preferences. In north america alot of anime that's being aired on t.v. is mostly centered around "fighting the evil and protecting the good ". But if you go to asian video rental stores that sell or rent videos they have a huge variety of anime that's of all different genre. I personally like anime for the art because it's a different style from north american cartoons. There's alot of beauty and subtle details that brings out the soul in the characters. Alot of scenery are very drawn very beautifully and mystically too.

i've got tried observing anime, and jointly as i come across that some have thrilling storylines, the paintings is stressful sufficient to me that i can not get into the story. i would be doing fantastic and then abruptly a character's eyes will actually come out, and that yanks me out of the story. After a jointly because it provides up and that i come across myself starting to be too aggravated to observe. I bear in mind being excited while they introduced the youngster Titans comic strip, because of the fact i'm a brilliant fan of the comedian e book. yet i could no longer even get with the aid of one episode. The animation replaced into so godawful it virtually made me cry. I nonetheless have hopes that sometime they'll do a genuine lively version of TT, and the crappy version will basically be a protracted-forgotten nightmare.

Girls do tend to like anime more than guys sometimes. I do love anime, I've loved it since Sailor Moon, but I don't like watching most action/adultswim anime that much, idk, it's boring. My favorite anime that I watch on youtube (the best place to watch anime) is Ouran Highschool Host club. It's really good, it's comedy/romance and is really, really amazing. I think what people forget to learn about anime is the number of genres, because most girls in action animes are always the yelling or quiet type, not too much in between.

I'm sorry to say this but I really don't care for anime. You stick a non-moving figure with swooshing breeze (sorry, I don't know any other way to say this) in the background and you say the person is running? Nah, I prefer real cartoons whether it's slap-stick comedy or dramatic (like The Lion King). At least it's good entertainment but hey, to each their own, right? :)

Watched it in Japan back in the 70s. It was good then, but not so good now. I think the golden age of anime is past.

I don't have anything against anime, I'm just not into it.
I think anime is for people who just haven't grown up completely. There's that child in them that refuses to grow up and anime is like the pacifier that calms them and keeps them entertained.

And I like shonen manga in particular. I don't really like shojo girly anime. Fighting and action is fun! :D

I don't necessarily think it's crap but I just don't get it. It doesn't hold my attention. If I wanted to watch a cartoon I'd watch South Park.

i love anime, and anime is not crap

im a girl and i love fighting scenes, anime like gundam wing and ghost fighter
anime is great
i watch it all the time we have an anime channel in the philippines and i love watching every bit of it, of course there are other lame anime but they are not as lame as cartoons in cartoon network such as powerpuff girls, in disney with totally spies, those cartoons are weak and sick their drawings are not given priority and is not interesting
anime is wonderful!
