you cant do anything. But if you NEVER were a drug user there shouldn't be anything coming up on that test.

How much does that particular job or the implications of the confidential drug test mean to you? Your options as I see them:
1. Write up a request for review to clear your name, by asking to have another drug test if the employer was someone you really valued or you really felt your name was threatened. It IS possible the labs mixed your results with another, however it is equally possible that the prospective employer is not willing to drop another fee to have you tested again. Final position could be to assert your desire to work for them and at least to clear up the potential of false implications against your name. Ask them if you were to fund the test results and prove an error in test procedure if they would reconsider.
2. You can look for another job and move on. Negative energy doesn't pay the bills, and if that is most important, choosing the path most productive to your pocketbook might make it easier than to dwell on the test.

take a hair test for your self. go to a drug testing company, get your own test done, and there are your results. If you results come back negative, then i would posibbly contront the company that didn't hire you, see if you can pursue legal action, (im not sure if that company will report the mislead test, or if future employers will be able to find out that info).
if you tested positive,....and you DIDN'T do any drugs, then, go see a doctor. and send me a copy of his diagnosis!

Did you go to an actual test site or did they just snip your hair? Most legit places will contact you if you fail just to retest. You may be able to contact the place where you were tested for your results. If you have long hair they can go back a long time for testing, its harder to find residue in short hair.

You should try to find out why you failed the test from your doctor for future purpose. There is nothing you can do for the company which rejected you.

in case you tell the guy whos taking drug try which you get the medicine prescribed of a physician they'll verify with your record ,and that i think of being honest they gets excitement from it, yet once you dont tell them and that they discover amphetamine on your urine pattern they'll think of you had some thing to cover..its ussually a qualified record that has to take drug exams so as that they could desire to renowned the version.

NOTHING .. they are under NO OBLIGATION to hire you and they DON'T have to give you the test results. If they don't want to hire you then move on...

if you really are not on drugs you need to do SOMETHING demand them to take another test to save yourself at least. wether they want to hire you or not. if they keep tha test you are going to be unemployable for your entire state.
at least that is what i heard :P
