I've broke up with one of my ex quite some time ago. Think for at least a year already. Recently, I went to a pub with some friends and saw her with her boyfriend. But it makes me feel jealous and sad when I saw both of them behave very intimacy. Does is call as jealous? Why do I still feel it that way....?

It's natural that seeing your ex brought up lots of old feelings for you, and no one enjoys seeing them with someone else. It reminds you that it is really over. I'd tell you to remind yourself of the reasons you broke it off with her, and also remind yourself that if this person can find someone else to care about, surely you can and will too. You felt jealous because you are human and that person meant a lot to you, otherwise you would be indifferent. Consider yourself a person capable of loving another and also be kind to yourself. You will be feeling back to normal quickly as it's been a while and you'll move on also.

I would say thats being jealous. But hey, look at the bright side... there's a reason why you 2 broke up... being jealous is not a bad thing.. but if you really still have feelings for her, let her know.. then see how things go from there... but if she doesn't feel the same way towards you, try to give her your blessings.. its not gonna be easy... but since you love her, respect her decision to move on.. i guess its time for you to move on as well.. but please dun jump into any relationship just because you need someone... time your time to find the right "one" in your life.. =)

When we share part of our lives and hearts with another person it leaves a scar upon our heart so it is quite normal to not to ever like seeing our ex with someone else. In most cases though it is not really jealousy, it is more of an ego issue. We always want to think of ourselves as their best... and to see them with someone else it cant help but make a person question of what the relationship ever really mattered. It did matter though for you and her and as you find love yourself and know you will be your new loves best, being your exs best or mattering will not be as important. The more you love another, the more your heart lets go of the past.

If you broke up with her, the only reason you'd be feeling that way is if you feel like you made a mistake. If it's been a year, I would keep moving on.

Maybe you are just a little jealous, because they seemed to be happy together and you might not be in a relationship right now. Just guessing.

Maybe you're just missing having a boyfriend and get jealous that your friend has a great guy yet you don't.

You still have feelings for her apperantly, but you just don't show it. Usually it takes time to get over someone, trust me I know. Anyway, yeah, just tell her someday how you felt and maybe she'll be yours again.

You still have unresolved feelings for the girl.........you are going to have to deal with them and try and move on......it will be hard BUT you can do it.....besides she is missing a good thing.
