my kids live with me part of the time in our condo the neighbors complain about the noise what to do?

Well.... what kind of noise? I think we all have a responsibility to keep noise to a minimum, but with kids there is going to be a normal amount that comes with having kids. If this isn't an adult-only community and the noise isn't late at night there is probably nothing they can do, but I would still try to be a good neighbor and keep the kids from being excessively noisy. "Normal" kid noise is just that, normal.

have they gone whining to the condo board yet?....what noise? Normal kid noise, or truly disturbing the neighbors noise...like running up and down the halls or walkways etc...This is one of the reasons we moved us and the kids out of the city/apartment style living and moved to the country...in your location there will always be a complainer....even if the kids aren't doing something wrong....You go to the condo board and tell them you have the kids part time and what they are doing or not doing first, before the others go and you have more troubles....Especially if the condo/board pres. is buddies with your complaining neighbors.....!
