Based on your earlier question, I'm assuming this is the pond where you keep your cattle-rustling swordfish. If that's the case, then you have nothing to worry about. Just dump thirty seven gallons of vanilla ice cream in the pond.
That way, your swordfish will be able to have Chocolate Lab a la Mode.

No, unless the dog had anti flea spray or a harsh shampoo on him, he should be completely harmful to your fish

if the dog has any type of flea treament on him it will poison your fish
