write her a letter requesting her to come and get her stuff. give her 30 day with a two day extra grace pireod. send the letter cirtifide through the mail that way she has to sign for the letter which show that she recived it. also document evey time you call her and if she answerd, if you left a messeage etc. find you a lawyer, go to legal aid and get them to help. also let her know that you will donate her stuff if she don't come and get it. be nice it might be hard but be nice and wait to see what happen. any face to face conversations always have a wittness the police is the best witness to have. keep copies of every thing. you can also add a holding fee. charge her a fee for every day after the 30 days that her stuff is still there make sure you put it in the letter to her. remeber keep copies and sending reminder letters. hope this help good luck.

Give her 30 days notice, then put her stuff in a storage facility. Pay for 1 month if you have to and mail her the key.

The law entirely depends on what state you are in and what, if any, type of contract there is in place (lease or other).

So if you can tell us that maybe someone an help you.
