oh and after the worst quality they asked if it made me angry when i didnt get all i wanted to do done. And i said no, i am a list maker, so even though i may be disappointed i didnt get this or that done, i look at the list and see all the other stuff i HAVE gotten done, and then just try to do what id idnt finish tomorrow. Does that sound good? (its true too).

Why you want to work retail? Answer that you love to shop and appreciate good customer service. Say you know how you want to be treated as a consumer and that you will treat others in that same way. Best Quality: You are ambitious, dedicated, and don't take no for an answer. You have integrity! Worst quality: perfectionist, your answers were great too.

Hi,
I guess you apply to one of retail company.
Your answer is really cool and positive. I've been interview in retail company before.
My Answer if I was asking by that question :
Wht is your best quality ? (eager to learn and fast learner).
Wht Is your worst quality ? (sometimes too detail)
Wht do you want to work retail ? (want to know about retail business, as I know retail biz is hard to bankrupt since the buyer is many not like factory which can be gone all of sudden).

But you will get the job for sure.... Not much ppl can enter retail biz.

Cheers !

Yes! Your answers are positive, and more importantly you show that you are a results-oriented person. Those are great qualities. After all the interviewer is looking for the person that will be best suited for the job.

I hope you get the job!

If that is your honest answer, you are perfectly fine. With those answers where they ask about your "worsts" you always want to respond with something that is a bit reverse psychology, so that it in fact makes you look good, just as you said about trying to do too much sometimes. it shows that you are ready and want to work.
