Does anyone know any banks that give atm or debit cards to 15 year olds? Because I wanted to know if any banks do that.

Some banks will allow you to open up a savings account in your name and issue a Atm card it won't have a Visa or MasterCard symbol on it. You should be able to use it as debit purchase at point of sale terminals using your pin. Make sure you tell the bank you want to use the atm card at merchants and other atms. You will either get Star or Nyce logo and the Cirrus or Plus logo in addition to your local bank network. Some banks limit withdraws so check around for unlimited withdraw for pos transactions..
