how many sq yds is 9 x 12 ft?

9 x 12 =

Divide that by 9 sq ft / yd

Now you know how many sq yds you have for $99

$99 / # of sq yds = $$$$ / sq yds

A square yard is 3ft x 3ft so if the room is 9x12 you would need 12 sq yds.
6.99 x 12 = 83.93
The remnant is probably a better quality carpet and would only cost a few dollars more. I would check the quality and compare the two carpets.

9*12=108sq ft = 12 sq yrd(which you can get using 108/9)
6.99*12 is about 7*12=84 the 6.99 per sq yrd is cheaper

9'x12' is 3 yds by 4yds=12 sq yds. at $6.99/yd the cost would be $6.99*12=$83.88. it is cheaper to buy by the yd.
