Woah woah WOAH! First of all, even if you are shouting, typing in both caps and lowercase is much easier to read, as well as using real words. Many people that come across these types of questions just move on.
Now, about that relationship. It sounds as though you two are already in love. Dances? Kissing? Making goo-goo eyes? You ARE in love! You two have been friends for a long time, so you already are over that awkward "what's your name again" stage and more into the "what do you want to do this weekend" stage. I like to think of love like a tennishoe. It's nice looking when it's out of the box, and you like the way it looks, but it's not that comfortable yet. You start working with it, wearing it every day, until you notice that the seams are coming apart, but it conforms to you and it's so comfortable. Do you still love it, even though it's not like it was before?

well u two should talk about it and should decide whether or not you guys should go out. and u guys should give each other a chance. if u guys decide its not a good choice to go out then just tell him if u guys could still be friends.
