I doubt it,although it is a very large step in life to purchase your first goldfish.

It 's possible. It is in the US because kids will purchase 25 cent fish and then go outside and squish 'em. Same with mice. You would have to call your local pet store and ask. Good luck!

I don't think so. Goldfish are not like cats and dogs, where they need vet care and such.
