Acer is better especially with with asus motherboards. But personally, i prefer Dell. Dell is definitely among the better PC companies. Great machines, great service and not too expensive. Well, it still depends on what you intend to use the laptop for.

MSI isn't sufficiently huge to have fairly some information on their reliability, yet i understand that Acer is ordinary to have hardware complications down the line. in case you want reliability bypass Asus, they have the bottom 2 and three twelve months hardware failure cost.

make a comparison

price+specs-with the same price, what is the difference in specs?
warranty- also check if it is "PARTS & LABOR"
after sales service - how many are their service centers in your area?

you may as well check different forums in website for problems encountered by the users of acer and msi

Acer is better in those two, But i personally believe IBM/lenovo (costly), or Dell or HP (cheaper).
