i have brown hair and im looking for colors in general not eyeshadow

Choose winter white, soft blue reds, gray blues, taupes, soft rose browns, sky blues and blue greens if you have dark or medium brown hair, bright blue, bright green or grayish blue or green eyes, and pink undertones to your skin. Black may overpower your coloring, so choose it as a bottom color only.

Well my mom has blue eyes. i think it depends on what tone of blue you have. If its a lightish blue like sky blue, usually the color dark blue look really good because it tends to bring your eyes out more.

depends on your skin complexion. some fair skinned person cant wear pink. so the next option is peach. I would say, with your brown hair, you can wear conservative tones like cream/white,dark blue, black , tan. Green shades makes your eyes look aqua.
