Presently am teaching english to foreigners and i really wanna upgrade my teaching . Can somebody out there give me suggestions or advice on how can i develop my students ability?

Next, get a TESL or TEFL certificate. If you already have one, upgrade to a Diploma. If you've got a university degree, go back and obtain a Master's degree in TESL. Improving your teaching skills isn't a matter of reading a certain textbook- you need to enroll in a course taught by a language education professional.
Visit your nearest university and check out their Education Library. They should have many, many books and journals dealing with language education. There will be books that cover theory and practice- unfortunately they can only take you so far. Classroom education is the key.

books can work, but people are usually social. It has also proven that watching TV shows and videos can help. You can try turning on a video that is a classic, and tell your students to write down about 10 words of the vocabulary that they know. Then tell them to write down 15 that they don't know and as homework have them look it up!
