there is no one-application lip balm. Whether or not you are conscious of it, we are constantly licking our lips and the balm will be removed. Get in the habit of carrying and using a chap stick lip balm around with you. Stay away from salty snack foods and drink 64oz of water every day, minimum

okay i get this a lot from my clients...
the first thing is are u getting proper hydration...drink lots of water.and dont lick ur lips.
next...
1.get an "SOFT" toothbrush/washcloth and exfoliate your lips until all the flaky skin comes off.dont rub to much or youll tear the skin and cause damage.
2.coat ur lips with warm vaseline..u can put vaseline in the microwave or just run some lipbalm on ur fingers to get it warm.
3.let it soak into ur lips and apply a nice waxy lip balm.apply every hour.
4.wear to bed and when u wake up..good luck

omg! use carmex! its a type of chapsitck/lip balm and they ALWAYS work. it doesn't matter if you have chapped lips, or a cold sore or what, carmex is sooo soothing and my lips stay soft!! you can buy it at Walgreens or any other drug store! they come pretty good priced too!

Olive oil. It's natural and organic and filled with vitamin E. It doesn't just moisturize. It cures it.

Lucas' paw paw ointment works wonders. Make sure you keep up with the water though.
