Sit down with her & tell her sincerely just how much you appreciate her as a friend. Tell her you are flattered that she finds you attractive, and kindly explain that you will never think of her in a romantic way.
If she's got it bad for you, then she'll be disappointed, but you haven't done anything to hurt her feelings.

While there's nothing wrong with loving your friend, it's certainly a different story to be in love with your friend. The only way to approach this is to be honest with her. Just tell her that while you do love her as a friend, that's all you want. It has nothing to do with her personally, it's just that you are not interested in pursuing a relationship with another girl. If she is really your friend, she will understand and back away from the romantic feelings. It may take her a little time to sort her feelings out though, once you tell her, so give her a little time and things should work out fine. I pray things work out for you hon. Good luck and God Bless!

There isn't anything you can do to save her feelings. Be nice but clear and say I am so sorry but I don't see you as a girlfriend I see you as a friend. Please be my friend. It will be awkward for a while but if you can show her that it is ok then she will feel it is ok and she will work through her feelings and move on.

Just tell her you only want to be friends. She put herself out there so she should be prepared for rejection.

Don't feel that you have did anything wrong, stand up for yourself and tell it like is,the way you just told us.Maybe they need to be hurt,to get them out of their fantasy world.

You could just tell you are heterosexual, if that's true. Of course the real question is do you still want to be friends with her knowing this information.
