I am tired of answering questions! There is no remedy for hiatal hernia. If the food you eat bothers you, according to my Dr. don't eat it again. Galviscon is the only anti-acid that helped me.

1. Stay away from alcohol, caffeine, mint, and tobacco.
2. Eat your smallest meal in the evening and don't go to bed for at least 3 hours.
3. Slant your bed so that the head of the bed is at least 6 inches higher than the foot.
4. If you are overweight, get down to a normal weight.
Good luck!

I don't know of any home remedy, but my chiropractor who uses TBM was able to fix mine so I would not have to have surgery. He had to fix it 3 times before it actually stayed, and I have not had a bit of trouble in 2 years.

There is no home remedy to cure the problem, but there are a couple of things you should do. add: I just read the above advice and it was good, no need for me to repeat it.

there is no home remedy for this, it can result in heart burn that you can treat with medicines and if it becomes severly symptomatic then you can consider surgical correction, good luck
