Iraq has to help themselves and put a stop to the sectarian violence. We cannot rebuild a country without the complicity of the people there. Sooner or later, if they don't cooperate, we are going to have to kick all of their asses into the dirt and take the oil. How's that for a plan? Embarrassing?
