that's many interviewer will ask this question. my answer is I'm really love this job, this is can put much more my effort to do this job since I'm really want it. knowledge, ability can be learn fast if we like it. It's useless you put someone who dont like this job whether their qualification is really potential one. Just when we are happy, love our job, we can do beyond it...
