It's a HP notebook. I looked at the battery but it's fully charged. I tried resetting both by the button and by removing a/c and the battery. It worked fine earlier today but now just won't turn on. Please help!

It could be humid around you, try to buy one of the aerosol sprays, but for now turn it off, and keep it in an air ventilated area such as a fan for 30 minutes, and then turn it on.
Some times this problem happened if there is dirt inside some buttons.
