listen i own a tacoma and can talk on the phone and roll a joint and change gears all at once. i got skillz! ima knee driver.

Probably not. Those idiotic enough to use a cell phone while they're driving are idiotic enough to try and balance the damn thing on their shoulder and shift gears. Anybody caught driving with a cell phone stuck in their ear oughta be pulled over by a trooper authorized to breach 'em down and punch the thing up their a s s.
