yes its normal, im pretty sure it happens to every woman. Watch your salt intake, or take water loss tablets to help this problem.

Yes, it happens to me, even if I don't "feel" bloated, NOTHING fits me. I am so miserable! I think you may retain more fluid also in addition to being bloated.

It happens to me, but I crave a lot of junk food I don't normally eat the rest of the month so that sort of explains it in my case.
