Your shoes are probibly too big. I wear shoes with no back all the time. Lift your toes up inside the shoes so that they are pressing against the top and bottom of the inside. Dont worry, it shouldnt hurt to do and it makes it easier to walk in them. If its really that bad that you cant wear them, then you should return the shoes and get back closed shoes instead.
