I want to open an
store, but I want to know where rave, c. Russe, and 579 buy the clothes from. Dose anybody have a idea how they get the clothes in the store.

My dear...
If you don't know this info, you don't know as much as you need to open the store. Do youself a favor, and work for a store as management, and steal their good ideas when you open your own store.
Quite frankly, clothing sales is a very tough deal. Either you're competing with WalMart (never a good thing), or you need clients who are able and willing to pay premium prices for your goods. Your clients might pay top prices, for instance, if they know that they'll always be really cool if they listen to you, and buy your stuff.
Last thing - unless you can sell the stuff for twice what you paid for it ("Keystoning" is the term that is used) then your life will be miserable.
